The final World Cup roster of 26 players for Ghana has been revealed.
Otto Addo, the coach of the Blackstars, made the final list of players chosen for this year's World Cup public earlier today. However, due to a few injuries, we will be without midfielder Baba Iddrisu Mohamed, goalkeepers Richard Ofori and JoJo Wollacott.
It is not unexpected to see well-known names in the final lineup, like the Ayew brothers, Dennis Odoi, and Thomas Partey, to name a few.
Moving on, the coach informed Ghanaians that he is convinced the players will perform spectacularly at the competition following the unveiling of the final roster for the 2022 World Cup tournament in Qatar.
The GFA president, Kurt Okraku, urged Ghanaians to support the Blackstars vigorously in order to inspire the group to advance.
If you didn't know, Portugal, South Korea, and Uruguay are also in group H with the Blackstars. Ghana is scheduled to face Portugal in its inaugural game on November 24, 2022.
